Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Third Party Commodity Manager based in Italy to drive end-to-end third-party sourcing across Europe. You will manage supplier qualification, onboarding, contracting and performance while ensuring compliance and robust documentation.

The role requires MCIPS or equivalent, 5+ years in strategic sourcing, and strong regulatory knowledge. Travel up to 30% in Europe/UK and an on-site presence are expected.

Qualifikationen

• MCIPS or equivalent professional procurement certification.
• Minimum 5 years' strategic sourcing or procurement experience in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks for supplier contracting in medical/IVD.
• Proven success in supplier negotiation, contract management and stakeholder management.
• Experience in supplier qualification and onboarding per Danaher DBS or equivalent quality management systems.

Aufgaben

• Identify third-party solutions to complement internal products across Europe.
• Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle: identification, onboarding, contracting and performance.
• Ensure third-party products are certified, compliant, and properly documented.
• Interface between Sales, Tender/Bid, Application Specialists and internal functions to translate needs into sourcing strategies.
• Maintain centralized supplier catalogue with traceability of contracts, certifications, pricing and master data.
• Support continuous improvement, market analysis and category initiatives to reduce risk and optimize costs across EMEA.
