Competenze

• University degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal or solution engineering.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with KAM, GAM and SE to drive sales opportunities.
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities.
• Act as the main technical interface for customers during RFQ.
• Propose and present tailored solutions with clear value propositions.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations at customer locations.
• Create competitive proposals combining equipment, software and services.
• Ensure quotations are technically and cost correct.
• Lead cross-functional proposal teams and manage timelines.
• Prepare technical proposals aligned with sales processes.
• Develop solution concepts and create technical docs and Tabletop Drawings.
• Maintain proposal data in Salesforce.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations.
• Involve project management early and apply requirement engineering.
