Job summary

Renesas Electronics is seeking a Senior Staff Segment Strategy professional to lead market intelligence, opportunities, and business case development within the Industrial and Building Applications segment.

You will own solution portfolios, drive investments, and coordinate go-to-market activities across marketing, sales, and product groups on a global scale. This mid-senior role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, or Solution Management.
• Strong understanding of system-level solutions and technology-driven markets.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define solution portfolio priorities and investment recommendations aligned with segment growth objectives.
• Drive alignment across Architecture, Engineering, Product Groups, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Coordinate solution launch activities with Digital Marketing, Regional Solution Marketing, Product Groups, and Sales teams.
• Monitor post-launch performance and drive corrective actions when objectives are not achieved.
