Job summary

Moncler Group in Milan, Italy, is seeking a dedicated Retail Allocator to join the Integrated Business Planning function at HQ. You will support allocation and replenishment across markets, using data-driven analysis to optimize inventory availability and balance commercial priorities.

Key tasks include monitoring stock levels, analyzing sell-through and weeks of supply, coordinating with Planning, Merchandising and Logistics, and preparing regular reports to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years in Allocation, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics or analytical roles.
• Strong ability to work with large data volumes and transform data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocation and replenishment across regions balancing inventory, demand and priorities.
• Monitor stock levels, orders, shipments and forecast data; identify issues and support actions.
• Track KPIs like Sell Through, Weeks of Supply, Stock Cover, Out of Stock and Overstock.
• Identify overstock/understock and propose allocation, replenishment and stock transfers.
• Coordinate stock rebalancing across markets, regions and channels to optimize sales.
• Support forecasting and inventory planning with historical data and trends.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies.
• Assist shipment and allocation prioritization when product is Limited.
• Prepare and maintain regular and ad hoc reports for decision making.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, E-commerce and HQ functions.
• Manage multiple markets simultaneously and act on data-driven priorities.
