Moncler in Milan, HQ, is seeking a Retail Allocator to support allocation and replenishment, drivingInventory optimization and product availability across markets through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You will collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail and other HQ functions to balance stock, monitor KPIs and drive actions that maximize sales opportunities and market insights.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Allocation, Planning, Supply Chain or analytical roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large data volumes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Manage allocation and replenishment across geographies balancing inventory, demand and priorities.
• Monitor stock levels, orders, shipments and forecast data; identify issues and support actions.
• Track KPIs like Sell Through, Weeks of Supply, Stock Cover, OOS and Overstock.
• Identify and manage overstock/understock/out-of-stock; propose allocation, replenishment and stock transfers.
• Coordinate stock rebalancing across markets, regions and channels to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support forecasting and planning through analysis of historical data and trends.
• Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and resolve delays with relevant departments.
• Support shipment prioritization in limited product scenarios balancing business needs.
• Prepare and maintain regular and ad hoc reports for corporate teams and decision-making.

Overview

We are looking for an engaged and passionate Retail Allocator to join our Integrated Business Planning Function, in our HQ in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

The candidate will support Allocation and Replenishment activities, contributing to inventory optimization and product availability across markets, through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

In Particular, The Retail Allocator Will Be Responsible For

• Manage allocation and replenishment activities across different geographical areas, ensuring the optimal balance between inventory levels, demand and commercial priorities
• Monitor and analyze stock levels, orders, shipments and forecast data, identifying potential issues and supporting corrective actions when necessary
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators such as Sell Through, Weeks of Supply, Stock Cover, Out of Stock and Overstock to assess inventory performance
• Identify and manage situations of overstock, understock, and out-of-stock by proposing allocation, replenishment, stock transfer and rebalancing actions
• Coordinate stock rebalancing activities across markets, regions and channels to maximize sales opportunities and improve inventory productivity
• Support forecasting and inventory planning activities through analysis of historical data, sales trends, coverage levels and future product availability
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve delays, discrepancies or operational issues
• Support shipment and allocation prioritization processes in situations of limited product availability, balancing business priorities and market requirements
• Prepare and maintain regular reporting and ad hoc analyses to support corporate teams and business decision-making processes
• Partner with regional teams to understand market needs, providing analytical support and challenging local requests when required based on data-driven insights and global priorities
• Collaborate closely with Planning, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, E-commerce, and other HQ functions involved in inventory management processes
• Manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously, working independently and driving actions based on business impact and performance

Qualification

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Allocation, Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics or other highly analytical roles
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong ability to work with large volumes of data
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights and operational recommendations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven decision-making approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
