Job summary

Moncler Group in Milan, Italy, is seeking an engaged Retail Travel Intern to join our team at the Global Headquarters. This full-time internship lasts 6 months starting in November and offers a hands-on role in supporting sales analytics, stock planning, and merchandising initiatives.

You will analyze sales data, prepare weekly reports, train store networks, and collaborate with Collection, Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Planning teams, while leveraging CRM insights to drive product

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and stock data.
Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proactive, hands-on attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Analyze sales, stock levels, and market trends to optimize performance.
Prepare and elaborate weekly sales and stock analyses.
Train and support the store network on product knowledge and merchandising priorities.
Collaborate with Collection, Retail, Buying, Visual Merchandising, and Planning teams.
Collect and structure feedback from stores into actionable recommendations for future collections.
Leverage CRM insights and client data to optimize product performance and moments.
