Job summary

Visualplex Srl is seeking a Purchasing Manager to secure a reliable supply of materials and services for production. You will lead supplier selection, negotiate terms, and manage product data while supporting project managers in material choices tailored to customer needs.

Your role includes coordinating with production planning, monitoring inventory, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement management.
• Experience in manufacturing procurement (raw materials such as wood, Plexiglas, screws, metal furniture).
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and related management software.
• Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD 2D).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Familiarity with purchasing regulations.
