Alstom is seeking a Project Installation Manager to plan and execute all site operations across Bologna and other Italian sites. The role requires coordinating Installation Engineering, Design, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure the complete system is installed on site.

The candidate should have an engineering degree and at least 5 years of railway field experience, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing project directions while meeting deadlines.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of field work experience in the railway sector.
• Strong understanding of interface processes between civil works and rail subsystems.
• Environment, Health & Safety awareness; knowledge of local regulations.
• Experience in management and evaluation of subcontractors.
• Team spirit and good communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing direction and deadlines in a project.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage all site operations in close cooperation with PM, Installation Engineering and Design activities, Procurement and Logistics.
• Coordinate installation works for all Sub-Systems and System equipment and monitor performance.
• Manage subcontractors with site visits, quality control and delivery monitoring.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics for field equipment and site needs.
• Ensure EHS compliance and drive continuous installation performance improvement.
• Interface with 3rd parties (facilities providers, civil works) as required.
