Zusammenfassung

Dayco is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager to lead the pricing function, maximize profitability, and drive revenue growth. You will manage a team of Pricing Analysts and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to optimize pricing structures and ensure data‑driven decisions.

This role requires strong leadership and hands‑on expertise with pricing tools, BI platforms, and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifikationen

• 5–6 years of experience in pricing or pricing analytics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus.

• Lead, mentor, and develop Pricing Analysts.
• Set goals and KPIs for the pricing team.
• Develop and manage pricing strategies and policies.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market trends, and customer behavior studies.
