Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Pricing & Commercial Analyst to support multinational sales and client retention through pricing models and profitability analyses. The role collaborates with Sales, Commercial Development, Finance, and Pricing teams worldwide to craft pricing strategies that meet client needs and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field desirable (or equivalent experience)
• Highly proficient in Excel, prior knowledge of formulas and macros is a must
• Previous experience in an analytical role such as Pricing, Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, FP&A, Sales Analytics, Business Analysis, or similar
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders from different functions

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing and financial models for prospective and existing clients
• Perform profitability and pricing analyses to support business decisions
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Pricing, Finance, Sales, and Commercial teams to create winning pricing strategies and proposals that meet both client needs and business objectives
• Ensure pricing submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered within agreed deadlines
• Present pricing recommendations and financial insights to internal stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of pricing methodologies, tools, and processes
