Prima is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Price Engineering team in a fully remote role. You will lead technical strategy, own architectural decisions, and guide 3–6 engineers to deliver scalable solutions that influence pricing and insurance tech.
Strong leadership and cloud experience are essential. We value collaboration, continuous learning, and the ability to translate business needs into technical plans, with remote flexibility across Europe.
Competenze
- Strong technical foundation with 5+ years of hands‑on development experience.
- Python knowledge preferred.
- 2+ years managing engineering teams.
- Experience overseeing development processes, technical decisions, engineering execution.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services and infrastructure platforms.
- AWS and Databricks experience preferred.
- Ability to shape and adapt team processes based on evolving needs.
- Technical guidance, critical thinking and decision‑making support.
