Job summary

360 PAY, based in Milan, Italy, seeks a Pricing Analyst to join the Strategy and M&A team. You will own price monitoring, analyze pricing strategies and profitability, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

The role requires 1–3 years in pricing/FP&A, strong Excel modeling, and experience with BI tools and ERP/CRM systems. A hybrid work model and growth opportunities are offered as part of a dynamic, fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Statistics.
• 1–3 years in pricing, financial, or FP&A roles (Pricing Analyst, FP&A Analyst, Business Analyst).
• Strong Excel modeling; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL) and ERP/CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends and provide insights.
• Clear communication to present findings to leadership teams.
• Understanding pricing strategies, budgeting cycles, and performance tracking against targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own group-level price monitoring and reporting.
• Analyze pricing strategies, revenue streams, and customer profitability for data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to inform decisions.
• Develop pricing models to assess opportunities and risks.
• Support forecasting and budgeting with commercial and finance teams.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel, BI tools, and ERP/CRM systems.
