SC Johnson in Arese, Italy is seeking a Senior Demand Planning Analyst to own end-to-end demand forecasting for a defined country portfolio. You will partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to translate market insights into robust forecasts.

You will join the Southern Cluster Demand Planning Team, shaping S&OP inputs, challenging assumptions, and presenting risks and opportunities to stakeholders.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning or related Supply Chain role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong data handling skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Kinaxis).
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.

• Develop accurate and reliable demand forecasts using planning systems.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze historical and forward-looking demand inputs.
• Translate commercial and marketing assumptions into quantified demand impacts.
• Collaborate on new product launches, discontinuations, and portfolio transitions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to evaluate promotional effectiveness.
• Prepare and present demand outlooks during S&OP Demand Review meetings.
• Ensure forecasts are shared with the right level of detail, timing, and confidence.
• Track, analyze, and communicate demand planning KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
