Pramac Swiss SA, Casole d'Elsa, Siena, Italy, seeks a Corporate Planning Manager to lead all planning and materials management at the headquarters manufacturing site. You will align demand, production capacity and inventory strategies with cross‑functional teams across international operations.

You will drive SIOP, capacity planning and replenishment, partnering with Operations, Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to optimize service levels and working capital.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management or related discipline.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive supply chain and planning leadership experience.
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in SIOP, demand and production planning.
• Advanced ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, JDE or equivalent).
• Experience in multi-site international manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, financial and business acumen.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with change management and process standardization.
• Ability to model what-if scenarios for key decisions.
• Experience with material flow using supermarkets and pull replenishment.

• Coordinate with regional and corporate planning to ensure strategic alignment.
• Govern SIOP and translate business plans into executable supply plans.
• Support NPI and capacity planning through integrated processes.
• Improve inventory management and replenishment strategies.
