Zusammenfassung

UNICEF in Florence, Italy, seeks an Operations Officer (P-2) for a fixed-term assignment to strengthen administrative and operational services within OSE. The role focuses on governance, risk management and efficient operations in a multinational setting.

The successful candidate will have a university degree in a related field, at least two years’ experience in operations management, and proven digital proficiency including ERP systems and Power BI. Proficiency in English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• First-level university degree in business management, financial management, accounting, public finance or related operations fields.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in operations management (administration, facilities, procurement, travel, budget or supply chain).
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn AI-enabled tools, BI platforms, workflow automation and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional oversight, coordination and technical support for administrative and operational services across OSE.
• Supervise designated General Service staff within Operations and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Contribute to governance, internal controls, risk management and efficient, compliant operations.
