Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Italy is seeking a Sales Manager for SPORT MEDICINE, Center-North. You will lead the SPORT MEDICINE portfolio across Piemonte, Lombardia, Veneto, and surrounding regions, driving sales, strategy and stakeholder engagement with surgeons and healthcare systems.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in medical devices, orthopedic expertise, and fluency in Italian with advanced English. The role offers a path through DePuy Synthes during the planned separation, with a focus on growth

Qualifications

Master Degree required; Business/Marketing/Engineering preferred.
A minimum of 8 years of healthcare business/medical device market experience is required.
Sales and Marketing Experience mandatory in medical device market.
Orthopedic expertise strongly required.
Italian as mother tongue; Advanced in English.

Responsibilities

Delivers annual sales, profit and inventory/cycle count targets.
Executes action plan with high strategic alignment with the Franchise and BU objectives.
Reaches Commercial Excellence and KPIs; leads stakeholders.
Directly manages Area KOLs and stakeholders.
Reaches tender success by value creation strategies and tactics.
Manages the entire J&J DPS SPORT MEDICINE portfolio in Centre North Regions.
Shapes the future SPORT MEDICINE business in the area.
Lead data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Communicate strategic priorities and must-do's across the organization.
