Job summary

Bulgari S.p.A. in Rome invites an Operations Controlling Analyst to support budgeting, planning, and performance analysis across business functions. You will develop financial models, deliver monthly reports, and drive data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

You will collaborate with IT and Finance teams, leveraging SAP/BW and Power BI to enhance reporting and forecasting accuracy. Fluency in Italian and English is required for cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Controlling, Finance or Business Analysis roles, preferably within structured and international organizations.
• Budget & Reporting techniques.
• Accounting principles and procedures.
• IT applications: Microsoft Office, SAP/BW.
• Proficiency in Power BI for business analysis and reporting purposes.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Define yearly budget and revisions, 3YP projection and medium-term simulations on business scenarios.
• Provide analysis on business trends through monthly standard and ad hoc reporting.
• Monitor performance of Business Units, Channels and Geographical Areas focusing on revenues, costs, margins, KPIs.
• Assess profitability via monthly P&L analysis and highlight actions to reach targets.
• Support decision-making with monthly sales and profit analyses and ad hoc analyses.
• Monitor and reduce logistics costs and propose actions via stock analysis.
• Assess stock obsolescence provisions based on product rotation and stock movements.
• Contribute to standard reporting methodologies and ensure consistent information.
• Maintain and develop financial models and templates for planning processes.
• Cooperate with IT to improve systems and implement budgeting/actual functionalities.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to monitor performance.
