Empresa Confidencial, based in Rome, is seeking a Financial Control Specialist to strengthen financial planning, performance monitoring, and reporting across a growing international business.

You will work with finance, accounting, and operations teams to enhance visibility, improve controls, and deliver reliable information supporting growth and decision-making. Fluency in English and strong Excel/ERP skills are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or management reporting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial statements.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Experience preparing management reports and presentations.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Prepare and deliver periodic financial reports and performance insights for management and corporate stakeholders.
• Support financial planning activities, including forecasting exercises and annual planning processes.
• Analyze project financial performance, monitoring costs, profitability, and key business indicators.
• Participate in month-end closing activities and contribute to the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to support reporting and decision-making processes.
• Assist in the preparation of reporting packages, business reviews, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Support audit requirements and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial controls and reporting processes.
• Evaluate the financial implications of project-related and commercial agreements.
