Job summary

Marni is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Retail Team in Lombardy, Italy. You will collect and validate data from stores, e-commerce, and internal systems, delivering insights to support commercial decisions and profitability.

You will monitor performance across geographic areas, channels, and time, producing regular dashboards and reports in Power BI. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and an English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis and retail reporting.
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field.
Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and ability to analyze sales, inventory, margins and P&L statements.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or BI tools.
Excellent English.

Responsibilities

Collect, validate and consolidate data from stores, e-commerce and internal systems.
Analyze performance daily, weekly, monthly and seasonally by area, country, channel and store; monitor KPIs vs targets.
Monitor sell-out, stock exposure and product turnover; identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions.
Analyze directly operated stores’ performance by market segmentation and geography.
Prepare and update reports, dashboards and presentations on business performance and KPIs.
Translate analyses into clear summaries and actionable recommendations for management and commercial teams.
Contribute to development and improvement of reporting tools and processes with cross-functional teams.
Become the go-to resource for updates and report creation in Power BI.
