Job summary

Volvo Group in Milan (Pero), Italy, seeks a proactive Network Development Specialist to strengthen our dealer and authorised service network. You will combine strategic network planning, business analysis and partner management to identify locations, support openings and ensure performance and compliance.

You will lead end-to-end dealer assessments, coordinate site standards and onboarding, and manage budgets, contracts and due diligence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in network development, dealer operations, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI and financial evaluation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Network strategy and planning to map markets and drive performance.
• Lead end-to-end evaluations of prospective dealers and workshops.
• Coordinate site standards, onboarding, and project delivery with vendors.
• Manage contracts, due diligence, and documentation workflows.
• Develop dealer business plans and monitor KPIs and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement expansions.
