Responsibilities

• Balance and allocate production volumes across the Biologicals manufacturing network, optimising capacity utilisation and supporting service-level targets.
• Translate global demand into site-level plans across 0-week to 2-year horizon, coordinating production and logistics.
• Proactively identify constraints, manage material availability and calculate gross and net requirements.
• Manage ROP for sites and provide supply-feasibility, capacity-outlook and inventory projections for Global S&OP.
• Collaborate with global planners, regional and country teams to maintain planning master data—in SAP S/4HANA.
• Partner with Procurement and local planning teams to secure timely availability of critical materials.
• Support new product introductions through supply-chain setup, trial planning and ramp-up scheduling.
