Syngenta is seeking an Asset Planner for the Atessa site in Italy. The role translates required supply volumes into an optimized production plan, balancing delivery requirements with asset capacity and maintaining planning master data to enable executable plans.

Responsibilities include building 0–3 month production plans, optimizing capacity, and coordinating with Technical, Production and Supply Chain teams. Proficiency in English and Italian is required.

• Strong knowledge of production planning and SAP master data.
• Solid understanding of capacity, routings, standard times and scheduling.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain detailed production plans across a 0-3 month horizon to meet required volumes.
• Optimize plans for customer delivery and capacity utilisation.
• Define and maintain work-centre availability, including factory calendars, capacity intervals and loading.
• Monitor actual vs planned capacity usage, report deviations and keep data current.
• Ensure standard-time and routing changes are reflected in SAP planning transactions.
• Collaborate with Technical department to set throughput rates and confirm before routing data entry.
• Lead the weekly planning meeting and communicate plan targets weekly and monthly.
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain Planning and Technical teams to resolve threats to plan delivery.
