Job summary

Dr. Schär AG in Italy is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to oversee short- and medium-term production planning at a global level, monitor inventory, and schedule production across sites.

You will collaborate closely with other planners and local plant managers to optimize material flow. Ideal candidates hold a degree in economics, engineering or a technical field, with 1–2 years in supply chain or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Preferably a degree in Economics, Engineering or another technical discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain processes and/or manufacturing environments.
• Strong teamwork skills, a proactive approach and motivation to achieve objectives.
• Excellent command of English; Italian and/or German would be considered an advantage.

• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain processes and/or manufacturing environments, particularly in inventory management, production planning, distribution or forecasting. More extensive experience will be considered an advantage.
• Strong teamwork skills, a proactive approach and motivation to achieve objectives.
• Excellent command of English; Italian and/or German would be considered an advantage.
• Proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to balance and mediate between competing priorities and objectives.
