Job summary

BYD Europe in Milano is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to coordinate strategic partnerships, manage marketing budgets, and oversee invoicing and payments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing within multinational companies, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles within multinational companies.
Exposure to partnership management, project coordination, and budgeting.
Budget planning, monitoring, and cost control with contractual documentation.
Experience coordinating marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proactive problem solving.
Excellent Italian and English language skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Coordinate strategic marketing partnerships and special projects in the Italian market.
Serve as operational contact for partnerships and projects.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to align objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Monitor progress and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
Support end-to-end marketing budgeting and related documentation.
Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management.
