Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a strategic marketing leader to shape brand strategy and market segmentation, driving launches and label expansions. You will partner with brand leads, integrate insights from HCPs and patient stakeholders, and mentor teammates while delivering on strategic and tactical plans.

You will collaborate with agencies, measure impact with defined metrics, and ensure on-budget, timely delivery across functions to support growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related field.
• Ability to translate insights into business opportunities.
• Strong analytical mindset to lead problem solving.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of market forecasts and revenue drivers.

Responsabilités

• Shape brand strategy and market segmentation, including launches and label expansions.
• Direct development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for assigned products.
• Collaborate with external communications review committee for materials intended for customers.
• Generate and consolidate insights from market research and stakeholder engagements.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to support business goals.
• Ensure metrics exist to measure tactic impact in the field.
• Lead and manage agency partners to ensure on-budget, timely delivery.
• Act as advisor/coach to mentored team members.
