Galileo Green Energy GmbH, Milan-based, is seeking an M&A and Project Finance Associate/Manager to lead evaluation and execution of investments across solar, wind, and storage. Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or Management Engineering (STEM acceptable with economics/finance background).
• 3–6 years of experience in investment banking/M&A, infrastructure funds, private equity, project finance advisory, lending institutions, or corporate M&A and project finance.
• Excellent Italian and English communication skills; additional European language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage structuring, negotiation and execution of project finance transactions and refinancing.
• Own and review integrated financial models for project finance, M&A and valuation.
• Lead or co-lead sell-side/buy-side transactions from origination to closing with internal/external teams.
• Drive entry into new geographies and new business models (solar IC, BESS, floating offshore).
• Prepare investment memoranda and present to Investment Committee and senior management.
• Coordinate due diligence and support post-closing handover to asset management.
