Job summary

TeamSystem is seeking an M&A Expert to drive end-to-end M&A initiatives, from market scouting to deal execution and post-merger integration. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure acquisitions deliver sustainable value and align with growth strategy.

Reporting to the M&A Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct thorough financial and strategic assessments, and negotiate deal terms while maintaining high integrity and discretion within an international

Qualifications

• 5+ years in end-to-end M&A process in corporate M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategy consulting environments.
• Proven leadership and ownership in managing complex transactions with autonomy and accountability.
• Strong financial skills, including valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive the M&A roadmap, aligned with corporate strategy and long‑term growth priorities.
• Manage the M&A process end to end, starting from proactive market scouting and target origination.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets across relevant markets, business models, and technologies.
• Lead strategic, financial, and business assessments, including valuation, industrial fit, synergies, and risk analysis.
• Take full ownership of deal execution, coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams.
• Play a key role in negotiations, defining deal structures, terms, and closing conditions.
• Act as the main point of contact for external advisors and internal stakeholders at executive level.
• Prepare and present investment cases, decision papers, and recommendations to top management and governance bodies.
• Define and oversee post‑merger integration strategies, ensuring value realization, operational alignment, and cultural integration.
• Track and report performance of completed transactions versus the original business case.
