Prometeia is seeking a strategic advisory professional to join the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The role entails analyzing client contexts, modeling economic-financial projections, and supporting M&A and transformation projects across leading financial intermediaries and corporates.

The candidate will work on KPI identification, value assessment of assets and portfolios, and contribute to business development documents.

Competenze

• Degree with excellent marks in economic/financial and engineering management subjects.
• At least 3 years of experience advising banks, financial intermediaries or companies on corporate strategy and extraordinary finance matters.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Analysis of the operating contexts of the client companies, their historical performance, the main trends of their sector of operation and the possible evolution of their core business
• Support in the realization of economic-financial and equity projections
• Support in identifying the most appropriate KPIs for monitoring business performance
• Support in the evaluation of the economic value of banking and industrial operators, company branches, individual portfolios, in the context of extraordinary operations
• Drafting of documents functional to business development and expert opinion, as an independent third party
• Preparation of estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspects
• Use of software / data provider platforms to support the preparation of the evaluation analysis
