Intuitive is seeking a Da Vinci Key Accounts Manager to expand the installed base within IDNs in Italy. You will diagnose needs, train clinicians and executives, and drive clinical and capital sales across health systems.

The role requires building relationships with surgeons, hospital executives, and finance teams while developing regional commercial strategies and executing market-wide plans.

Competenze

• Knowledge of major regional and national healthcare groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clinical and Capital medical equipment sales experience.
• Experience in selling new technologies and in Sales Management.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, build plans and execute plans to sell da Vinci within IDNs.
• Develop and sell advanced clinical pathways to enable surgeons to adopt da Vinci.
• Negotiate local and group sales and manage regional pricing initiatives.
• Oversee regional academic training of residents in IDNs with clinical and marketing teams.
• Plan weekly and quarterly sales activities to support goals.
