Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care. We seek a Da Vinci Key Accounts Manager to grow the installed base within IDNs, diagnose needs, provide training, and develop sales strategies.

You will work with surgeons, hospital executives and finance teams across clinical and capital sales. Extensive travel (50%+), regional and national campaigns, and executive presentations are regular parts of the role.

Competenze

• 7+ years in medical sales.
• Knowledge of major regional and national healthcare groups.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in selling new technologies and in Sales Management.

Mansioni

• Diagnose accounts, build plans, and execute strategies to sell the da Vinci system.
• Develop clinical pathways to help surgeons adopt the technology.
• Manage pricing, programs, and capital initiatives.
• Train residents and collaborate with marketing and training teams.
• Present to executives and grow clinical and capital sales across health systems.
