3M Italy is seeking a competent Key Account Manager for the Priority Vertical Market of IATD (Industrial Adhesive & Tapes Division). You will manage strategic accounts, drive growth opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives across technical, marketing and operations teams.

The role is field-based, requires up to 70% travel within North Italy, and offers a CCNL-based package with a base gross remuneration between €70,000 and €75,000 plus an up to 30% variable component.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, economics or related field.
3–5 years of B2B key account management experience.
Knowledge of industrial/technical markets and adhesives/tapes.
Fluent English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays.

Mansioni

Manage and develop strategic key accounts and align with business objectives.
Identify growth opportunities and execute account development plans.
Lead automation processes of adhesives and tapes at key customers.
Support complex projects with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, operations).
Lead annual Account Planning, including forecasting and performance tracking.
Ensure effective pipeline management via CRM usage.
Analyze sales data to drive insights and actions.
