Colquímica Adhesives is expanding its sales team and is seeking a Key Account Manager (M/F/D) to support and develop our business in Italy. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with strategic customers, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver tailored adhesive solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B experience in the adhesive industry, a degree in a relevant field, and fluent English.

Competenze

• Degree in Management, Economics, Chemical Engineering, or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years in B2B commercial roles in adhesive industry.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial processes and adhesive applications.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.

Mansioni

• Identify and develop new opportunities in the market aligned with company objectives.
• Build strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring retention and business expansion.
• Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure best product for each customer application.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate tests to approve Colquimica Adhesives.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and periodic reports.
• Track trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
