Exact Sciences Italia is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager to drive adoption of Oncotype DX in Lombardia West, with preferred location Milan. You will manage relationships with breast cancer specialists and other HCPs, building local account plans aligned to a national strategy to expand patient access.

The role requires strong selling skills, deep knowledge of the Italian NHS, and capacity to work autonomously across a wide territory while traveling 3-4 times a year to national meetings

Competenze

• 5 years sales experience in premium medical oncology/diagnostics (breast cancer preferred).
• Experience with multiple stakeholders across National Health System, including reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of regional KOLs (Oncologists, Pathologists, Procurement).
• Proven large territory and key account management skills.
• Self-starter, autonomous in smaller orgs within larger healthcare company.
• Willingness to travel to national meetings 3-4x/year and international congresses.

Mansioni

• Pursue all agreed commercial objectives with the Italy Sales Manager. Interact with Oncology Community stakeholders in Italy, especially Breast Cancer.
• Provide logistical support to key personnel at designated Cancer Centers for Oncotype DX orders.
• Develop and execute local account plans aligned to national brand plan to drive adoption and patient access.
• Attend sales meetings and conferences; communicate product messages with Sales/Marketing teams.
