Exact Sciences Italia is seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager for the south‑east region of Italy, with a preference for Bari. You will drive sales of genomic cancer diagnostics, engage oncology stakeholders, and ensure access to Oncotype DX products across designated cancer centers.

You will collaborate with the Italian Sales Manager and European Commercial team to execute strategy, manage key accounts, and deliver outcomes in a dynamic field-based environment.

Competenze

• 5 years of sales experience with premium products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics, preferably breast cancer.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the National Health System including reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of KOLs in the region and proven territory management skills.
• Deep understanding of cancer care in the Italian public healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication and strategic business mindset; autonomous and entrepreneurial.
• Willingness to travel nationally 3–4 times per year; some international congresses may occur.
