Fresenius Medical Care Italy is seeking an IT Vendor Performance & PMO Analyst to support governance, performance monitoring of IT service providers, and PMO activities within Digital Service Operations.

You will collaborate with IT leaders, procurement and cross-functional teams to ensure contractual commitments and service levels are met, while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation in a global healthcare environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in IT vendor management or PMO support is required.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Vendor performance monitoring against SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Support governance meetings and track actions and improvements.
• Collect, validate, and analyze performance data from multiple sources.
• Assist in risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support PMO activities and project documentation.
