Fresenius Kabi Italia in Verona is seeking a Country IT Operations professional to ensure reliable IT operations. You will support local applications and manage incident resolution, ensuring compliance with corporate IT governance.

Applicants should have 5-7 years of IT experience, fluency in English, and experience in multinational settings. A competitive salary aligned with the Chemical-Pharmaceutical National Collective Agreement will be offered.

For our Verona site, we are looking for a Country IT Operations professional who will be responsible for ensuring reliable and compliant IT operations within the assigned cluster.

The selected candidate will actively contribute to the operational support of local applications, incident management, and end-user support, ensuring alignment with corporate IT governance and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the day-to-day operational stability of IT infrastructure and services
• Support end users in coordination with the Global Service Desk
• Manage the portfolio of incidents and requests (standard and non-standard), ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Ensure continuity of local applications, monitoring risks and performance
• Build and maintain a Country/Cluster IT community across different sites (production, logistics, commercial offices, R&D centers, etc.)
• Organize regular forums and collaboration structures across locations
• Promote the sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and reusable solutions
• Drive local adoption of global IT policies, standards, and gSOPs
• Enable cross-site support and resource backup through community collaboration
• Provide structured feedback to regional and global IT teams
