Fresenius Medical Care Italy is seeking an IT Vendor Performance & PMO Analyst to support governance, performance monitoring of IT service providers, and PMO activities within Digital Service Operations.

You will collaborate with IT leaders, procurement and cross-functional teams to ensure contractual commitments and service levels are met, while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation in a global healthcare environment.

In addition, you will support Project Management Office (PMO) activities, helping coordinate initiatives, monitor progress, and contribute to successful project execution.This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to develop expertise in **IT Vendor Management, Service Governance, PMO practices, and Digital Operations** within a global healthcare organization.**Your Responsibilities****Vendor Performance Management*** Support the monitoring of vendor and internal partner performance against SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.* Maintain and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.* Identify service deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities, escalating concerns when appropriate.* Contribute to service quality monitoring and operational performance reviews.**Data Analysis & Reporting*** Collect, validate, and consolidate performance data from multiple sources.* Analyze trends, recurring issues, and operational risks.* Produce meaningful reports and insights to support decision-making.* Assist in preparing regular performance reviews and executive-level summaries.**Governance & Stakeholder Coordination*** Support the preparation and facilitation of governance meetings, including monthly and quarterly service reviews.* Track action items, improvement plans, and follow-up activities.* Collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability.* Contribute to maintaining effective communication channels across all parties.**Contract & Service Compliance*** Develop a solid understanding of vendor contracts, service agreements, and performance obligations.* Support compliance assessments and ensure activities remain aligned with contractual commitments.* Assist in audit preparation and documentation management.**Risk Management & Continuous Improvement*** Help identify operational, performance, and compliance risks.* Support risk mitigation activities and corrective action tracking.* Contribute to the enhancement of performance monitoring processes, governance frameworks, and reporting tools.* Promote a culture of continuous improvement across vendor and service management activities.**PMO Support Responsibilities*** Support project and program management activities related to service providers management and IT initiatives.* Contribute to the planning, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.* Assist in maintaining project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers).* Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.* Support resource planning, tracking of dependencies, and alignment across stakeholders.* Provide support in monitoring project progress and highlighting risks or delays to senior team members.**Your Profile*** Information Technology or similar.
