NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, cerca un Industry Relations Specialist per coprire un periodo di maternità. Il ruolo combina sviluppo business e gestione progetti, con responsabilità di ampliare la rete corporate, strutturare proposte e coordinare partnership tra aziende, faculty e studenti su Milano e Roma.

È richiesta laurea in Marketing/Comunicazione o settore affine e 3–5 anni di esperienza. Lavoro full time, 38 ore settimanali, con smart working flessibile e salarialità 26.000–28.000

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or corporate partnerships.
• Proven ability to identify, approach and develop new business opportunities and build long‑term relationships with corporate stakeholders.
• Strong networking, negotiation and relationship‑building skills, with a proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable representing the Academy at meetings, industry events, conferences and trade fairs to generate new business opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on business growth and revenue objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2).

Mansioni

• Business Development & Partnership Acquisition: Contribute to the expansion of NABA's corporate network by identifying, researching and engaging prospective partner companies aligned with the Academy's educational vision.
• Partnership & Project Management: Support the planning, coordination and delivery of corporate partnerships and collaborative projects, ensuring effective collaboration among companies, faculty, students and internal stakeholders.
• Communication: Collaborate with the Communication and Digital Marketing teams to enhance the visibility of corporate partnerships through communication initiatives, presentations, events and promotional materials.
• Legal: Assist in the administrative and contractual management of corporate partnerships, ensuring the accurate handling of agreements, documentation, scholarships, awards and project-related processes in compliance with internal procedures.
