NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, in Rome seeks a Communication, Career and Industry Relations Senior Manager/Manager to lead communications, career services and industry relations for the Rome campus. The role includes budgeting, team leadership and delivering on the institution's strategic goals.

Competenze

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
• 8–15 years in higher education or creative industries with leadership experience.
• Ability to operate in complex environments and manage projects.
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Oversee communications activities in Rome aligned to brand strategy.
• Develop and manage career services and alumni relationships in Rome.
• Foster industry partnerships and coordinate with Milan team.
• Budgeting, forecasting and reporting for career services and communications.
• Lead and develop the team, ensure policy compliance and change initiatives.
