Vertiv is seeking an HR Business Partner - Manufacturing to join our Piove di Sacco site in Italy. The role acts as an operations and strategic HR partner to Manufacturing leadership, combining hands-on HR support with workforce planning and employee relations.

You will lead recruitment for plant operators, support organizational design and change, provide guidance on labor matters under Italian law, and work with management on rewards, performance, and development.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations practices.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing leadership and operator populations.
• Union/industrial relations exposure recommended.
• Analytical skills to translate HR data into insights.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support for the Manufacturing leadership team and workforce planning.
• Assist Talent Acquisition for plant operators and other manufacturing roles.
• Guide organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Advise on labor, disciplinary, performance, attendance and other employee processes.
• Support compensation, benefits, promotions and rewards processes.
• Drive engagement and a positive, high-performance culture.
