Job summary

DXC Technology in Italy seeks an experienced HR professional to act as the reference point for employment law, labour relations and people management guidance for senior leaders and business units. You will oversee trade union interactions, ensure correct interpretation of laws and collective agreements, and support performance and development initiatives.

The role offers a hybrid work model, exposure to multinational contexts, and a path to contribute to policy development, payroll oversight,

Qualifications

• University degree in law required.
• Solid experience in employment law, labour relations, industrial relations or employee relations.
• Direct experience managing relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• HR point of reference for employment law, labour relations and guidance to HR colleagues and business stakeholders.
• Manage relations with trade unions and employee representatives, supporting consultations and negotiations.
• Draft and implement company-level agreements and ensure correct interpretation of laws and collective bargaining agreements.
• Support and coach people leaders on people management topics and performance processes.
• May supervise payroll and admin activities in collaboration with internal teams.
