Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an HR professional to act as the reference point for employment law and labour relations across our Italian operations. The role will guide business stakeholders, support consultations with unions, and ensure consistent application of law, collective agreements and internal policies.

You will coach leaders in people management, oversee performance reviews and development, and supervise payroll and admin activities in collaboration with our internal teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Law.
• Solid professional experience in employment law and labour relations.
• Direct experience in managing relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR point of reference for employment law and company policies.
• Manage relationships with trade unions and employee representatives, supporting consultations and negotiations.
• Ensure correct interpretation and application of Italian employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
• Support People leaders on people management topics and performance development.
• Oversee disciplinary procedures, settlements and labour disputes in coordination with Payroll and Admin.
