Foundever in Milano, Italy, is seeking an HR Manager to ensure full compliance with Italian labor law and to provide expert guidance on employee relations and risk management. The role partners with leadership to align HR policies with global standards while navigating local regulations.

The candidate will lead complex employee relations cases, support negotiations with works councils or unions, and collaborate with external counsel and authorities to protect the company and employees.

Competenze

• Degree in Law is mandatory; specialization in Labor or Employment Law preferred.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in employment law, HR legal advisory, or employee relations roles.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor legislation and employment practices.
• Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations is an advantage.
• BPO experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure full compliance with Italian labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations.
• Advise senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and operations on labor law and employee relations matters.
• Support negotiations with works councils, unions, or employee representatives when applicable.
• Identify employment-related legal risks and propose mitigation strategies; support audits and internal reviews.
