Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services SP. z o.o. in Krakow seeks an experienced Program Management Office Partner to drive project execution, governance, and performance across a global HR Shared Services organization.

You will partner with Delivery Leads and Global Process Owners to ensure alignment with enterprise HR portfolio governance, standards, and tools. You will lead planning, design and execution of key deliverables such as town halls, reviews, and standard communications, while managing risks,

Qualifications

• PM certifications like PMP or PMI-ACP preferred.
• Capability to understand business needs and translate into effective project plans.
• Strong project management skills with knowledge of Agile and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution, governance, and performance across HR Operations and global HR Shared Services.
• Drive portfolio management, intake, prioritization, and budget monitoring with strategic alignment.
• Develop and maintain PM standards, templates, and tools with HR PMO across COE Capabilities and Solutions.
• Act as liaison between Global HR Operations and HR PMO, promoting adoption of portfolio processes.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Monitor KPIs and provide leadership with regular status updates and data visualizations.
