Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a SAP Expert team lead within BU TR Hub EUC to train, improve processes, and harmonize SAP templates across 17 factories. You will drive digitalization and global program implementation, ensure standard processes, and collaborate with DTO to boost efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in operational BPM/digital programs in manufacturing, plus strong leadership and data analytics skills to deliver sustainable growth and proven change management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operational roles related to business process management or digital program implementation in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong change management methodologies and best practices.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead HUB SAP Expert team as line manager and develop team members.
• Coach staff and provide training to develop new talent.
• Drive adoption of globally harmonized processes.
• Minimize local customizations in processes.
• Communicate benefits of global processes to stakeholders.
• Secure stakeholder buy-in for change initiatives.
• Assess risks related to change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
