Marriott International’s Director of Human Resources will report to the property General Manager and shape the HR strategy, driving talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and development for property employees.

The role collaborates with the property executive committee, leveraging technology and coaching teams to deliver HR services aligned with brand objectives and business success.
