The Director of Human Resources at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Milan will report to the General Manager and collaborate with regional HR leaders. This role drives talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and development across the property, leveraging technology and coaching teams to align HR processes with business strategy.

The position requires strategic partnership, implementation of HR initiatives, and strong leadership to support succession planning and workforce

Competenze

• Bachelor's or 2-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major.
• Multiple years of experience in HR, management operations, or related professional area.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and a strategic mindset.
