Mitsubishi Chemical Group seeks a seasoned HR Director CPC to shape and deliver the HR agenda for CPC within the broader MCG framework. You will support business integration, organizational development and sustainable growth, translating HR strategies into effective people solutions.

Working with CPC leadership, unions, and the EMEA/Group HR network, you will own HR execution, organizational effectiveness and people development to drive measurable business impact.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Extensive senior HR leadership experience in a multinational, matrix-driven org.
• Strong track record in post-merger integration and HR operating model programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and organizational change.
• Commercial mindset with hands-on leadership and execution capability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CPC HR agenda, implementing HR policies, governance and processes with measurable impact.
• Build and develop a high-performing HR organization aligned to business goals.
• Partner with senior leadership and employee representatives to drive alignment and change.
• Drive talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development across CPC.
• Improve HR processes across performance, talent, compensation, and employee relations.

Educación

Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field
