Working closely with CPC leadership, employee representatives and the wider EMEA and Group HR organization, you will act as a trusted strategic partner while taking ownership of HR execution, organizational effectiveness and people development.

What you will do
  • You lead and deliver the CPC HR agenda, implementing Mitsubishi Chemical Group's HR policies, governance frameworks and processes while ensuring compliance, consistency and measurable business impact.
  • You build and develop an effective HR organization, driving organizational design, workforce planning and HR transformation initiatives to support business integration and sustainable growth.
  • You act as a trusted partner to senior leadership and employee representatives, leading constructive dialogue with unions, managing employee relations and supporting organizational change.
  • You drive talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development, ensuring the organization attracts, develops and retains the capabilities needed for future success.
  • You continuously improve HR processes across performance management, talent management, compensation and employee relations, ensuring operational excellence, data protection compliance and alignment with business objectives.
What makes you a great fit

You don't need to meet every requirement to succeed here.

We value potential, mindset, and willingness to learn and collaborate as much as experience.

What you bring

  • You bring extensive senior HR leadership experience, ideally within an international, matrix-driven organization, with a proven track record of delivering complex HR strategies and organizational initiatives.
  • You have strong experience in post-merger integration, organizational transformation and HR operating model development, successfully translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
  • You possess broad expertise in employee relations, HR governance, talent management and leadership development, combined with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and organizational change.
  • You are a commercially minded, hands‑on and influential leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills, builds trust across all organizational levels and takes ownership of delivering sustainable business results.
What we offer you
  • Executive-level position with Dirigente classification, in line with the seniority and responsibilities of the role.
  • Competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
