Job summary

Piloda Group in Naples, Italy, is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead and transform the Group’s People & Culture function across all business units.

Reporting directly to General Management, the CPO will define and implement a modern, integrated, and data-driven People Strategy, driving organizational growth, performance, and cross-unit integration.

The role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, governance across HR processes, and expertise in labor law.

Qualifications

• Senior HR experience in complex, multi-sector organizations.
• Data-driven approach to human capital management.
• Strong leadership and executive mindset.
• Experience with MBO, incentive systems, and performance management.
• Knowledge of Italian labor law and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s People & Culture strategy and organizational design.
• Oversee performance management, KPI systems, and talent development.
• Design compensation, incentive, and retention programs.
• Coordinate recruitment and strengthen employer branding.
• Implement leadership development and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and effective labor relations.
• Monitor HR analytics and provide strategic support to the Executive Team.
